These draft terms govern access to AnytimeAsk. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and within these terms and the published plan limits.
Phase 1 is for users aged 13 or older who also meet any higher local minimum age. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not share access or attempt to bypass security, age, quota, or billing controls.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed. AnytimeAsk is a study aid, not a substitute for a teacher, school, professional advice, or your own judgement. No plan or feature guarantees a grade, qualification, admission, or particular improvement.
You retain responsibility for content you upload or submit and must have permission to use it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or privacy-invading material; attempt to attack the service; generate harmful content; or interfere with other users. You may not use the service to violate academic rules that apply to you.
Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual interval and in the original currency until renewal is cancelled. Prices and quotas are shown before checkout. Upgrades may be prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply by location.
The separate Refund Policy describes the 14-day first-subscription refund request window and eligibility limits. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Features may change as the service develops. Features marked ‘coming soon’ are not currently provided. We may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons, and will aim to provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
The service is intended to be provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation and error-free AI output are not guaranteed. Liability exclusions and limits will be finalised by counsel and apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. The contracting entity, governing law, dispute process, and notice address must be inserted and approved during legal review before these terms take effect.
