This draft explains refund requests for AnytimeAsk subscriptions. It does not offer grade-based or results-based guarantees.
You may request a full refund of a first paid subscription within 14 days of the first successful payment. Eligibility is checked from server-side payment records. An upgrade does not restart this window.
An account can receive one approved refund under this policy. Duplicate or abusive requests may be reviewed manually. A rejected request may be submitted again once for review with additional information.
An annual subscription is eligible for a full refund only within the same initial 14-day window. After that window, no prorated refund is offered for unused time; you can cancel renewal and retain access until the paid period ends.
Sign in and open Billing settings, then choose Request refund and provide the requested reason. A parent or guardian who paid through a payment link can contact [email protected] using the receipt email. Refund requests are reviewed before a refund is issued through the payment provider.
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 5–7 working days of approval. Banks and card issuers may need a few additional days to display the credit on your statement.
A full refund normally cancels the associated paid subscription and returns the account to Free. Existing learning content is retained subject to Free plan limits. If a refund fails, the subscription remains active while support investigates.
This policy is intended to sit alongside, not replace, any non-waivable consumer rights. Final wording, exceptions, and local-law requirements must be confirmed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
