This draft explains the information AnytimeAsk processes, why it is used, and the choices available to students aged 13 and above.
We may process account details such as email, display name, age eligibility, locale, and subscription status; learning content you choose to upload or create; conversations, practice responses, and progress; and technical logs needed for security and reliability. Do not upload information about other people without permission.
Information is used to provide requested learning features, maintain accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal data, use student content for advertising, or use it to train our own models.
Providers may include Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Resend, Stripe, Inngest, Upstash, Cloudflare, Sentry, PostHog, and Meta where Facebook sign-in is enabled. They process information under their respective agreements for hosting, AI responses, communications, payments, security, analytics, or operations. Provider training on API data is disabled where those settings are offered.
Original scan photos are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Account deletion disables access immediately and schedules permanent deletion after 30 days; backups may rotate for up to 35 additional days. Payment and tax records may be kept for 7 years where required. Export download links expire after 24 hours.
Data may be stored in Singapore and processed in other locations, including the United States, by service providers. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and data-processing agreements are intended to apply, subject to final legal review.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal data. In-product controls provide export, deletion, analytics, and communication choices. You may also contact the privacy contact listed below. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Phase 1 is only for users who meet the applicable minimum age, starting at 13 and higher where local law requires it. The age gate does not create an account or collect registration data from an ineligible child. Children’s accounts and parental-consent flows are not part of Phase 1.
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Identity may need to be verified before completing a request. This contact and the final regulatory wording require confirmation during legal review.
