You can request deletion of your AnytimeAsk account and associated learning data. This page also explains deletion requests initiated through Facebook where Facebook sign-in is used.
Sign in, open Privacy settings, and choose Delete account. For security, you must complete recent reauthentication with a password or email verification code. Deletion is not completed by simply removing an app or signing out.
Account access is disabled immediately and permanent deletion is scheduled after 30 days. Learning content, uploaded files, conversations, vectors, and recordings are included in the deletion workflow. Backups may rotate for up to 35 additional days.
To cancel a deletion request within the 30-day window, contact [email protected] from the account email. Support must verify the request and record the cancellation before permanent deletion occurs.
If deletion was initiated through a Facebook data-deletion callback, use the confirmation code supplied by that flow with the status lookup when it is available. You can also contact the privacy contact for help. Facebook sign-in is optional and is not required to delete an account.
Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required, generally for up to 7 years for payment records. These records are not used to restore the learning account.
